Formulations developed by Arecor through the application of Arestat-R™ or Arestat-T™ can be commercialised by their partners through the acquisition of a commercial license. The terms and conditions agreed in the license allow Arecor’s partners the opportunity to exploit the formulation(s) developed using Arestat™ for applications specifically defined in the commercial agreement. Under the terms of the commercial agreement Arecor’s partners are at liberty to file composition of matter patents to protect their proprietary formulations.
